It is the policy of Mirror Image Fashions to NEVER share any information about you with any third party, except those necessary to the completion of your business with us. (Examples include credit card companies, shipping companies, etc.)  We do NOT sell, share, provide, or otherwise use your personal information for any purpose other than our direct relationship with you. We do NOT sell, share, provide, or allow the use of our mailing list information for any purpose outside the primary business of Mirror Image Fashions.


We want our customers to be happy with the items purchased from us.  If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with a particular purchase, you may return that item for refund or credit, within the following guidelines and/or restrictions.

1) For products returned (or shipped) within 7 days of receipt:
    a. Products returned within 7 days of purchase are entitled to a full refund, with the following requirements:
          1.a.1: Products must be in completely salable condition, with no soiling, obvious signs of wear (beyond a normal try-on condition), and no damage. Shoes are particularly susceptible to showing signs of wear, even during the initial try-on phase. Customers are advised to be extra careful when trying on shoes to NOT cause the shoe's leather to crease or show signs of wear, nor should the sole be scuffed or otherwise show signs of wear.
          1.a.2: Products must have all of its original tags in place and fully entact, in the same condition as originally received by the customer.   
          1.a.3: Products must be returned with any original manufacturer's boxes, or other packing material specific to that product.   
          1.a.4: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (whether purchased on-line or within our store.)

2) For products returned (or shipped) after 7 days of receipt:
          2.a: Products returned (or shipped) after 7 days from receipt are entitled to store credit of the full purchase price, with the following requirements.   
          2.a.1: The product must be in the same condition as detailed in points 1.a.1, 1.a.2, 1.a.3, and 1.a.4 (see above.)

3) Defective products
         a. Products with original manufacturer defects will be accepted for return and full refund (including shipping costs) at any time up to 120 days from the date of purchase.   
4) Time Limits
        a. Other than for reasons of manufacturer defect, Mirror Image Fashions cannot accept the return of any merchandise 90 days after the original purchase of that item.

5) Products that have been altered cannot be returned.
        a. Mirror Image Fashions will alter some product at your request. Common examples include completing the hems of pants, lengthening or shortening sleeves, etc. Mirror Image Fashions cannot accept the return of any altered merchandise except for reasons of manufacturer defect. Customers asking us to alter product for them should be absolutely sure of their measurements, since once altered, they are completely responsible for that item.



Mirror Image Fashions will collect any appropriate sales tax on any taxable merchandise shipped to or billed to an address within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mirror Image Fashions will not be responsible for assessing or collecting sales taxes for any state other than the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

At the time you place your order, we will verify credit cards to ensure we've captured the correct information, or that your card is not being used in a fraudulent manner. We do not, though, charge the purchase to your card until we actually ship your product to you. Once shipped, we will send you a verification email and charge the appropriate amount to your card.
